ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

This is a free membership for individuals and organizations interested in learning how to reduce public vulnerability to disaster events through improved civilian early warning and advisory capabilities. [Donations are always appreciated].

• Memberships are open to all interested parties

• Associate members are asked to pledge support of association’s stated mission and goals.

• Annual free membership renewal is requested,

• Associate Members will be listed in the association official membership roll,

• Associate Members may apply to receive the association’s news letters, and press releases,

• Associate Members may apply to receive notice of all scheduled events, and speaking engagements,

• Associate Members will be granted access to the associations publications archive,

Note: Access will not be allowed to the association’s technical documents library or Trade Group Archive files.

MEMBERSHIP IS FREE TO ALL INDIVIDUALS, PUBLIC AND PRIVATE GROUPS.  ANNUAL RENEWAL OF MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED.

INTERNATIONAL CHAPTER MEMBERSHIPS

Chapter Members agree to support the unique mission and goals of the Regional Chapters and the International association. 

Chapter Members are automatically granted Membership in the International association.

• Memberships are open to individuals, Public and Private groups.

• Recognized NGO and Not-for Profit Organization may appeal to the International Secretariat for waiver of Chapter Membership fees.

• Shareholders and benefactors of CEASa and or its official sponsorship programs may petition for exemption from annual Chapter membership fee payments.

• Chapter Members are listed on the International association Honor Membership Roll

• Chapter Members are granted petition access the International association Secretariat,

• Chapter Members are granted access to and participation rights in the ‘Host’ Chapter and the International Forum,

• Chapter Members have access to the International association research and library files.

• Note: Chapter Members do not have access to Trade Group Archive or technical files

•            Chapter Members are not permitted to join the Non-Disclosure Forums

• CHAPTER MEMBERSHIP REQUIRES AN ANNUAL MEMERSHIP FEE PAYMENT OF $500 US.Chapter Members are required to pay an annual membership fee of $500 US,

• Charter Members are granted petition access to the International association Secretariat,

• Charter Members are granted access to and participation rights in the ‘Host’ Chapter and the International Forum,

• Charter Members are given advanced notification of press and program events,

• Charter Members have full access to the International and Regional research Archives,

• Charter Members have access to the International association research and library files.

• Only Charter Members may join the Non-Disclosure Forum.

• CHARTER MEMBERSHIP requires a onetime membership fee payment of $3500 US.

CEASa Group Non-Disclosure Trade Forum (NDTF)

 

The CEASa Group LLC is a For-Profit Non-Disclosure Trade Forum is dedicated to establishing a non-disclosure environment conducive to the open exchange of ideas and needs among vendors, service providers, and content clients engaged in research, and further development of cellular broadcast technologies and applications that will serve to provide a commercially sustainable base for the availability and use of cellular-broadcast media for humanitarian purposes.

Proceeds of the CEASA Trade Group and its programs go to funding the activities of the International and Regional Chapters.

• NDTF Memberships; are open to Charter Members of the CEASasociation. 

• NDTF represents public and private parties and organizations engaged in cellular telecommunications, cell-broadcast services, and emergency management agencies and their suppliers.

• Trade Forum members must also signify agreement that any and all information shared by and or through the NDTF group remains the sole property of the discloser and may not be distributed beyond the NDTF membership without explicit written consent of its discloser, and that NDTF membership should not be considered a substitution for formal non-disclosure agreements.

• NDTF is not to be considered an alturnative to Non Disclosure Agreements. 

• NDTF does not assume or can be held accountable for damages resulting from the willing disclosure of intellectual properties by NDTF members.

• Benefits: NDTF members are provided;

  • Contact information of all NDTF members,

  • Access to NDTF technical library and bulletins,

  • Qualifications and areas-of-expertise listing by the CEASa Consultancy Board,

  • Posting of Banner Link and promotional space on the CEASa Chapter and International Web Sites,

  • First-refusal vendor status for all official CEASa sponsored ventures and projects,

  • Exclusive eligibility for licensing of CEASa trademarks,

  • Association Non Disclosure Trade Forum members are allowed to post to all within the association’s membership, will be considered for[and compensated] as association technical advisors for specific projects, forums and advisory panels,

  • Additionally, the association will evaluate and certify that Trade Forum Members products and services are fully compliant with all CEASa interim standards recommendations and will allow CEASa NDTF Members to promote and advertise this certification.

CEASa Patron Sponsorships

Patron Sponsorships are granted for financial support of official CEASa programs, affiliations and events such as Project FirstALERTtm. 

Patrons are entitled to official recognition by all promotional materials related to the sponsored events. Please contact the Chapter Secretary or the International office of the executive director for a list of available sponsorships.
