ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP (Non-Voting)
Annual donation of $500 US ensures fill Associate membership. Individuals, Not-for Profit, and Public Organizations may apply for a no-fee Associate Membership subject to approval by the national board, and annual renewal. Associate Members are provided email access to all Chapter Policy and International Society Informational alert postings.
Corporate Membership (Voting)
Membership requires an initial registration of $1,500 US with an annual renewal of $1,500. All CEASa Corporate Members are provided access to the Members Web Site Areas, including:
- Technical Archives,
- Members Contact Information,
- Email access to the CEASa Int Forum, including the posting of comments subject to moderator terms.
- Corporate Members are provided monitored access to all International association Secretariat forum discussions.
CEASa Group Non-Disclosure Trade Forum (NDTF)
Participation in the Non-Disclosure Trade Group Forum (NDTF) is reserved for all Corporate and Charter Association members, in good standing, by payment of a one time registration fee of $2,500.
This membership is important for persons/providers seeking to enter into business ventures and/or vendor agreements with other NDTF members.
Additionally, NDTF Members are eligible to have their Individual or Corporate Name included on the CEASa Consultancy Board for promotion of their individual and/or corporate expertise as CEASa recognized consultants. Clients requesting proposals for technology and business solutions are encouraged to offer Right-of-Refusal to NDTF Members NDTF Membership is also required for Certification of Products and Services Compliance Certification and CellAlert™ Licensing.
NDTF is a non-disclosure environment conducive to the open exchange of ideas and needs among vendors, service providers, and content providers engaged in research, and further development of cellular broadcast technologies.
NDTF Membership is open to public and private parties and organizations engaged in cellular telecommunications, cell-broadcast services, and emergency management agencies and their suppliers.
Requirements
A one-time registration fee of $2,500.00 [in U.S. funds]. NDTF members must first be a CEASa Chapter Member in good standing, NDTF members must also signify agreement that all information disclosed by and or through the NDTF group remains the sole property of the discloser
Benefits

- Access to NDTF technical library and bulletins, Qualifications and areas-of-expertise listing by the CEASa Consultancy Board,
- Posting of Banner Link and promotional space on the CEASa Chapter and International Web Sites,
- Right of first-refusal vendor status for all official CEASa sponsored ventures and projects,
- Eligibility for licensing of CEASa trademarks,
- Association Non Disclosure Trade Forum members are allowed to post to all within the association’s membership,
- Additionally, the association will evaluate and certify that NDTG members products and services are fully compliant with all CEASa standards.
